Debbie’s excellent reputation for impeccable vendor and client services holds her in high esteem in the international real estate industry. Beginning her real estate career in Queensland, Australia with Ray White, Debbie was consistently one of Queensland’s top 1% of performing salespeople. She was Principal and owner of two Ray White offices from 2006 with a rent roll of some 800+ properties. She sold the businesses in preparation for her move back to New Zealand where she joined RE/MAX New Zealand in 2016. In 2018 she was awarded the prestigious honour of being a recipient of the “Hall of Fame” and one of the Top 50 salespeople in the world under the RE/MAX banner.
Outside Real Estate
Outside real estate, Debbie and her partner, Les Marsh have a large blended family of 6 adult children with four sons and two daughters, and now, a beautiful granddaughter, all spread around the world. Debbie and Les manage Tongue Farm, a 74-hectare sheep and cattle property in Matakana. Debbie is also the Commodore of the Sandspit Yacht Club; there is no stopping this girl!
In 2019, Debbie and Les were lucky enough to complete an epic sailing trip with aboard her family’s 46-foot yacht, traveling from Spain to New Zealand just before the Pandemic shut down the world! Debbie also loves to sail and fish in Kawau Bay whenever possible. A hand’s up, roll up your sleeves and dig in kind of girl; she is one of the hardest workers you will ever meet. She eats, sleeps and breaths real estate!
